  Former member of the Management Committee and General Counsel PHH Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company.

  In 1990s, Mr. Connor was General Counsel to Micros Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRS).

  Member of the Council on Foreign Relations since 1973.

  Harvard Law Graduate.

  Managing Director and COO

  35 years experience in international capital markets, 14 years experience in Eastern European markets.

  Senior capital markets management positions at Wood Mackenzie, Credit Lyonnais and Morgan Stanley.

  Involved in over 100 IPOs, privatizations and LBOs.

  Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

  Over 5 years managerial experience on the Ukrainian fund market. Over 2 years with UBS and Merrill Lynch in the US. Acting Member of the Public Investment Council of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

  Sergey Nevmerzhytskiy

  Head of Research

  6 years with Sokrat as Senior Equity Research Analyst and Head of Research, Ukrainian financial services authority as Senior Analyst, and KPMG as Audit Assistant.

  Investment Manager

  9 years of experience in investment banking. Formerly, United Nations Development Program Consultant. Harvard University Graduate, MPP in international trade and finance.
